  • Libraries and external resources will need to be hosted and served by an approved 3rd party vendor. External references are otherwise not permitted.
  • Creative Hosting: All rich media creative must be 3rd party ad served by an approved vendor
  • CPU Usage: Ad not to exceed 30% CPU Usage during host initiated execution
  • User Initiation: Users must interact by either clicking or tapping the ad or upon rollover after a one second delay
